1. Acceptance of these terms

By browsing, placing an order, downloading any file, or contacting us through this site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Delivery Policy published on the same website.

2. Description of service

Nong Anh Tuan sells digital products that support prayer, devotion, and reflection: PDF prayer cards, electronic devotional books, themed or seasonal devotional sets, and audio meditations. Each item is delivered as a downloadable file — there is no physical shipping.

3. Administrative accounts

Some collaborators are granted administrative accounts to manage products and content. Account holders are responsible for keeping their password secure, not sharing their session, and notifying us immediately if they suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend an account if we detect a policy violation.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, PDF files, audio files, and visual design — is the copyrighted property of Nong Anh Tuan or the contributor who created it. When you purchase a product, you receive a non-exclusive personal-use licence: you may download, print, and use the files within your household, a small prayer group, or a religious class. You may NOT resell, re-publish on the internet, include in commercial products, or redistribute in any form without prior written consent.

5. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to: (a) attempt to break, probe, or disrupt the service; (b) use automated bots or scrapers to mass-download content; (c) submit spam through any contact form; (d) share invitation links (with a ref token) publicly without permission; (e) use any content for purposes that are unlawful, discriminatory toward any religion, or harmful to others.

6. Limitation of liability

We strive to keep the service running smoothly 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. In the event of a broken file, temporary outage, or unexpected technical fault, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost data, lost opportunities, or emotional distress.

7. Payments

All transactions are processed by PayPal. We do not see, store, or handle your card details — PayPal is the sole payment processor. As soon as PayPal confirms a successful payment, your download link is delivered to the email you provided and displayed on the order confirmation page.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, the country of the operator's registered residence. Any dispute will first be addressed directly via [email protected]; if no resolution is reached, the dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent court at the operator's place of residence (Hanoi, Vietnam).

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The new version takes effect as soon as it is posted, with the updated date shown at the top of the page. If a change materially affects your rights, we will notify customers who purchased in the past 12 months by email.
