Refund Policy

Products on Nong Anh Tuan are digital downloads — once a file has been delivered to your device, it cannot be "returned" in the literal sense. We do, however, commit to clear and fair refund cases described below.
1. General principle
Because of the nature of digital products, we do NOT offer refunds for change-of-mind after a file has been downloaded successfully, after the content has been viewed in full, or simply because the product was not what you expected. Please read the description, preview images, and table of contents (where available) carefully before checking out.
2. When we refund 100%
We refund the full amount in the following cases, provided you contact us within 7 days of the order:
- The downloaded file is broken, will not open, or its contents do not match the description on the product page.
- The download link expired prematurely (before 7 days) because of a system fault we could not resolve in time.
- You paid but did not receive a download link within 24 hours and the support team could not restore access within the next 48 hours.
- A duplicate order — you accidentally paid twice for the same product. We proactively detect and refund duplicates when we spot them.
3. How to request a refund
Send an email to [email protected] with: (1) your order id (starts with ord_); (2) a short description of the problem; (3) a screenshot or error excerpt if relevant. We aim to reply within 48 business hours. If the request is valid, the refund is initiated through PayPal and arrives at the originating account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
4. Chargebacks and PayPal disputes
If you encounter a problem, please contact us directly BEFORE opening a dispute on PayPal. In almost every case we can resolve the issue faster and more flexibly than going through PayPal's formal process. Opening a chargeback without contacting us first may result in: (a) your email being blocked from future purchases; (b) a chargeback fee from PayPal (typically $20) — a cost we cannot absorb when the dispute turns out to be unfounded.
5. Partial refunds
In some special cases (for example, a bundle of 5 files where 1 is broken and the other 4 work fine), we may propose a partial refund rather than a full one. The final amount is decided by mutual agreement over email.
6. When refunds are not granted
We do not refund when: (a) you downloaded the file successfully and it opens normally — you simply changed your mind; (b) the request is submitted more than 7 days after the order; (c) you violated the Terms of Service (resharing files, reselling, and so on); (d) the claim is unfounded (for example "I don't remember ordering" when our records show clear matching IP, email, and PayPal history).
