Delivery Policy

Nong Anh Tuan sells digital products only. There is no physical shipping, no courier handoff, and no shipping fees. Delivery happens entirely over the internet — usually within seconds of payment.

1. How delivery works

After PayPal confirms a successful payment, the system automatically generates a secure signed URL for every file in your order. The download link is sent to two places: (a) the email address you provided at checkout; (b) the order confirmation page shown right after payment. Both links are the same — use whichever is more convenient.

2. Delivery time

Under normal conditions, the download link appears as soon as PayPal returns "completed" — usually under 60 seconds after you confirm payment. If PayPal needs additional verification (sometimes the case with first-time orders or larger amounts), this can take up to a few hours. If after 24 hours you still have not received the link, please check your spam folder first, then contact support.

3. Link expiry and download limit

Each download link is valid for 7 days from creation and allows up to 5 downloads. After the time limit or download count is reached, the link stops working — this is an anti-abuse measure to prevent public sharing of links. If you lose the file and the link has expired, please email support with your order id; we will issue a fresh link within 24 business hours (free of charge, for any customer with a valid paid order).

4. Technical requirements

PDF files require any modern PDF reader (Adobe Reader, Foxit, or any recent web browser). Audio files are MP3 or M4A, both widely supported. You are responsible for having a device and software capable of opening the file. Before purchasing, please review the "Technical requirements" note on the product page (when present) or contact support to ask.

5. No physical shipping

We do not print, mail, or courier any physical product. If you want a printed copy, you are welcome to print the PDF yourself (one printed copy for personal use or a small prayer group is permitted under the personal-use licence).

6. Download problems

If a link returns an error, the file downloads broken, or the download button is missing from the confirmation page, please email support with your order id, a screenshot of the error, and the browser you are using. We aim to resolve issues within 24 business hours.
